Doulas Sin Fronteras wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and people who read in Spanish or English. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the most widely used standard for accessible websites.
We believe the site partially meets that standard today. We are still adding content and some tools come from other companies, so parts may not yet be fully accessible. If anything gets in your way, please tell us and we will help.
A few parts of the site come from other companies, and we can't fully control how accessible they are:
Some pages are still in progress. A few photos and Spanish versions of inner pages (Events, Find a Doula, Donate) are not finished yet. If you need information from these, contact us and we'll share it directly.
You never have to use the website to get support. We can help in whatever way works for you, in Spanish or English:
We can read information aloud to you, send it as a plain-text email, or register you for an event ourselves.
We want everyone to feel welcome at our circles and gatherings. If you need an accommodation, such as step-free access, seating, a quiet space, or interpretation, let us know when you register or contact us at least 2 weeks before the event. We'll do our best to arrange it.
If something on the site is hard to use, please tell us:
We aim to reply within 7 business days and to fix problems we control as quickly as we can. If a problem comes from one of the providers listed above, we will report it to them and help you another way in the meantime.
